Photo Publication
‘Lepak’ is a colloquial Singaporean word to describe aimlessly chilling. During an extended stay in my childhood home of Singapore, I wanted to create a photo series and publication that were taken in my own moments of hanging around the city.This 3-meter long photoscape can be studied in sections, hung upon a wall, or unfolded in its entirety.
The photos, arranged to blend almost seamlessly some places and contrast vividly in others, seek to convey Singapore’s indescribable atmosphere with no words.
